Commonly used simple diagnosis method: look at the smoke color of the exhaust pipe of the diesel engine, generally white, black, slightly blue, blue and colorless.
1) It is normal for white to appear when the diesel engine is cold, and white is the color of water vapor. If the working temperature of the diesel engine increases, it turns blue, and then becomes light gray (ie, very light black) or colorless, indicating that the diesel engine is working normally. If there is still white smoke in the warm-up state, it means that the working state is abnormal.
2) The blue is very light blue, which may be caused by very fine water vapor. The blue you can see clearly is mostly a symptom of burning oil.
3) Black This is a sign of too rich diesel, poor atomization and incomplete combustion.
4) Colorless and gray This is the normal exhaust color corresponding to small load and large load. If the air filter is removed, the smoke will change from black to colorless, indicating that the air filter is too dirty or the intake resistance is too large.
