The failure of excavator engine not starting and the solution

Excavator oil circuit inspection:

If the circuit check is complete and no fault is found, it is recommended that you check the engine oil line.

If there is a problem with the oil line, open the start key, you will hear a very strong start motor sound, the engine will emit normal mechanical friction sound.

The solution:

This can be examined in three ways:

1. Is there enough fuel?

2. Is there any water in the oil-water separator?

3. Engine exhaust

Check the tank for fuel first, it will happen.

Secondly, many owners are not used to draining oil and water separators every day. If you use a low-quality oil, you may not start because of the excessive moisture in the diesel. Therefore, it is necessary to unscrew the drain bolt at the bottom of the oil-water separator in time to discharge the water. Every oil-water separator should do this.

Finally, we say we need to clear the air in time. Most excavator manual oil pumps are installed above the oil-water separator. Loosen the bleed bolt next to the hand pump, press the pump with your hand until all the diesel in the bleed bolt flows out, and then bleed the gas. Tighten the bolts to complete the exhaust work.
