EXCAVATOR OPERATION CHECK

1. When the ambient temperature is lower than 3℃, preheat the machine manually or automatically after power-on before starting the machine;

2. For models with turbocharger before starting the machine, please unplug the plug of the flameout solenoid valve or close the oil cut-off valve next to the oil-water separator, and then start the machine. Every time you start the motor, it rotates for 10 seconds and then starts for 10 seconds every 3 minutes. , After starting three times, restore the flameout solenoid valve plug or oil cut-off valve, and start the machine after the supercharger is fully lubricated.

3. Start the machine, after the engine runs at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, operate the oil cylinder at low speed and no load for 5-10 times according to the excavator exhaust requirements;

4. If the machine is not used for a long time, the lubricating film of each friction pair inside the motor will fail, turn the rotation and walking at a slow speed for 2 to 3 turns to lubricate the sliding surface;

5. When there is freezing weather and there is mud on the frame, before walking, turn the upper frame to a 90-degree position, support the crawler, idle for a few laps back and forth, and throw off the supporting sprocket, roller and guide wheel. Surrounding soil impurities (for equipment constructed on soil, it is recommended that the operator clean up the soil near the carrier wheel and guide wheel with a shovel after get off work every day to prevent freezing the next day).
